Changed Rebels to use Ado's version (or vanilla, or other statetroops reskin). This is due to quest battles using this variants and I wanted Tamurkhan to defeat richer, cooler looking troops

Fixed Nordland Seahawks - they now have their weapons back

Updated most RORs so they look like Ado's if his mod is used

Fixed color scheme for provincial troops so they all look like Ado's (color scheme wise)

Rebels will now have Hooveric's reskin instead of Ado's, to better represent the general lack of equipment, etc that rebels tend to have. This includes Empire Secessionists.
