Bugfix for looting friendly drones: don't allow them to loot other drones, as doing so presents the same issues as when they try to loot themselves.

A: Doing so won't let them transfer items to the agency, obviously.
B: Doing so presents a buggy item panel, as you cannot successfully render out their inventory, and shows a panel full of glitched item icons.

Added a second genoption for looting from friendly drones.
Due to the trivial impact of this mod, it is now designed to auto-activate if installed mid-save! I hope that's OK with you.
