Manual Hack & Loot Controlled Drones

Enables Dr. Tony Xu's "Manual Hack" ability to be used on friendly drones, allowing the player to use Tony's EMP on them without delay, and also allows agents to loot friendly drones.

This mod allows greater economy of action by allowing Tony to permanently disable a nearby friendly drone, and then move on to greater things, rather than forcing him to waste time by having to wait around to lose control of the drone; same goes for all agents regarding looting friendly drones.

NOTE: This is not in any way related to the awesome "Manual Hacking" mod. Instead, KLEI for some reason named Tony's EMP ability as "manualHack" in the backend. I guess originally they were going to call it that in the frontend?

Features:
- Can enable Dr. Tony Xu's Manual Hack ability for destructable drones only or for all drones
- Can allow agents to loot from friendly drones
- This mod's campaign generation options can be toggled without triggering custom difficulty
- This mod's campaign generation options default to enabled if the mod is installed mid-save, allowing you to use your existing saves with this mod and any upgrades to this mod
- This mod unloads successfully and should not affect savegames that explicitly have it disabled
