- Applied the changes and improvements featured in the Legends Megapack.

• Added Static Emissive variants for all applicable parts.
  
• Slightly improved outfit tinting.
  
• Improved Roughness mask fidelity.
  
• Updated the UI icon.
  
• Removed some un-needed textures.

• Changed the torso parts to function how they 'normally' should (you'll have to add it back to your soldiers after this, but hey, it's less buggy this way)
  
• Added Resistance Warrior Kevlar support.

• Experimental config changes for bonesaw's torso >:) (you'll have to re-select the torso piece for your soldiers, but otherwise it should work fine, emphasis on should though)
