All of the following changes are to make the character feel a little bit less bad to play. Hopefully this help.

Extended Magazines: Give more ammo per rank now.

Minigun:
Now doesn't completely halt movement 10% per rank
The firing cone is now much tighter it us to cap out at 35% it now goes to 15%
Additionally Relaod time has been reduced from 3 seconds to 2

Fixed Title Names
Changed Titles To phsyical on hit
Made the Character Actually Dyeable
