add fair trip

1. Add controller user walk around for TAB+Z and TAB+R in MCM
2. Add optional FasterCursorMove, not enabled by default

Add icons for tinted skull and minecart

Show white fireplace as icon in minimap (as well as mirror room)

1. TAB + Z to teleport back to last room visited, TAB + Z again to back to current room again (LastRoomShortcut).
