Under barrel weapons now fully work with framework, means that you can make under barrel flamethrowers.
Added Promet with under barrel flamethrower as an example weapon.
Made a transition to animations more smooth
Optimised some code here and there.

Little Burn Em update
You can now set flamethrower color by putting this param into a config
WBK_BurnEm_FlamethrowerColor = {{1,0.2,0},{255,40,0}};
And killing someone with a flamethrower now actually considered a kill so it will show up on scoreboard and activate others people scripts.
Also fixed molotov icon in the inventory.

Fixed:
Flamethrowers now do not work when you open the map, inventory, being unconscious etc
Flamethrower usage also is disabled in vehicles
All of the problems with BIKEYs, now it is fully working on dedicated servers!
Some optimizations in terms of code and particles

Burn Em + Burn Em TIOW fixes and changes

Changed:
Distance on all flamethrowers from 12.5 meters to 32.5 making them more usable in actual gunfight
Molotov fire duration changed from 7 seconds to 17

Fixed:
Molotov and Incendiary grenades inventory mass
Fixed that burned face appear on regular humans
Fixed broken server keys for all PBOs
Optimised particle effects for molotov
Disable all particles on dedicated servers to save FPS, but damage still works so dont worry
