Cleo cobra now has a new bestiary portrait when you die instaid of using monstro's portrait.

Lowered the amount of health in cleo's first phase

You can now no longer skip cleo's second phase!
that means you can have overpowered runs without missing out on her revived moveset!

Cleo now has 2 New attacks, Both involving abuse of her soldiers. (for her second phase btw)

Some tweaks to help with the phase transition (mianly increasing the hp required for a phase change)

Slowed Down cleo in her second phase
