Quick and dirty update.

all uniforms normalized closer to vanilla, all normal suits have 2 pockets, medic uniforms have medical pockets.

Values were dropped way down so penalties and buffs are not as heavy on frag and unique suits. Though they are still protective more so than a normal security uniform.

checked and added tags to uniforms and vests to hopefully prevent recursive storage.

Alright so I updated this for traitor update and EHA updates as of oct 24, 2023

Added the new Marauder and Clown combat outfit w/ helmet.

Adjusted stats and armor to reflect other EHA/PFA changes

Reverted and removed hardsuit battery attempts as they were scuffed and not actually affecting battery life correctly.

Renegade Plate Carrier was missing the mediumitem tag

fixed field pack to new version, new suit redone
