Increased projectile shield cost to 450 and limited to 1 point
Increased overheal expert cost to 300
Decreased canteen specialist cost to 150
Decreased knockback rage cost to 250

Medics now get $100 per assist instead of $50
If a player dies 3 times in a row without getting a kill, they get $100
Remove recall upgrade from canteen
Increased the price of Über canteen to $300
Increased the price of Crits canteen to $200
Increased the price of refill ammo and instant build canteen to $100
