1) Her arms now move with her poncho instead of clipping through it.
2) Each arm can now be chosen for either side.
3) Adjusted the proportions around her waist and pelvis a bit.
4) The suit should now work with any vanilla arm pairs you give it.
5) Her chemtech arms (and other areas) can now be tinted.
6) Various material improvements.
7) Her suit can now be used with several more armor types.
8) Fixed her broken pistol holster socket.
9) Added a UFOPedia article for her.

• Removed the Armory UI Icon script. It's now inserted via the XComGame.int file.
  
• Removed un-needed .ini files.

• Added a new torso style that lets you tint the white parts of her outfit with the Primary color slot.
  
• Increased the saturation of her eyes.
