Fixed the invisible wall inside the Mining Control Center, and updated some visuals/effects.

Vehicles ( MG jeep and Fighter Aircraft, as well as some turrets for balance ) were added to the spawns, and the map was visually and estheticaly optimized. Planet surface color changed to resemble more the original.
