Added a special infected toggle code:
abominations

See breifing screen via the MOTD key ingame!

Added voice lines for all survivors in when escaping a pinning infected!!!

- You see past the veil

- Quick fix for certian retail maps with points of no return being softlocked by the random events
- Also fixed the outtro for c4m5_milltown_escape
- fixed a bug that removed the ability to pick up melee weapons on final map
