-Cops not Spawning in or Off-screen NPC not getting killed hopefully fixed now(Thanks to Wam for fixing it for me, as i was in need of a break since i almost suffered from a burnout trying to solve this issue)
-Somehow the enemies jumping over the counter is fixed.

-Fixed Cops sometimes not arriving into Combat
-Kill Zone has been added underneath the level incase an enemy glitches out.
