Some how I managed to not add plasma cutters or underwater scooters.

Added an auto-closing mechanism to the airlock

Fixed Power grid for hopefully the last time.
Hooked up suit storage because I forgot to apparently.
Added toggleable room lighting through switches.
Labeled all important junction boxes and batteries.
Tweaked relays to match needed power.

Visually reinforced the command room to match its "hardened" description

Changed Reactor max output to match new grid load.
Toggled Reactor ON by default.
