- Added "peaceful harvesting"
-- When a Seer seed is used on a peaceful zone, it will produce a variant of the Seer Plant that takes x2 to fully mature, that does not spawn monsters while harvesting and that does not give extra Seer seeds

- Light technical rework to how Hunger/Thirst apply they debuffs
-- Gameplay wise, it works almost the same (they reduce the same % of stats). Now those are applied on an invisible way as a different and hidden actorValue, meaning you cant dispel/cure the debuffs of being Thirsty or Hungry anymore
-- Drinking water and eating food dispel they respective debuffs (also ending the combat)
-- Due to those changes, drinking water and eating food no longer cures all negative status effects
- Summoned units by the player will stop generating Hunger and Thirst

- Reworked how Thirst and Hunger apply they debuffs
-- The old method caused a brief lag, so it got replaced
-- Now the debuffs of those status effects are applied when you end the turn with the neccesary treshold to trigger the debuffs
-- Now both Thirst and Hunger debuff 4 different stats each one, being, in order, Jump Distance, Resistance, Mag Attack and Mag Deffense for Thirst and Dodge, Phys Attack, Phys Defense and Move Distance for Hunger
- Due to the changes above, drinking water or eating also cures debuffs to remove the Hunger/Thirst ones (as long you have at least 1 level of Thirst or Hunger respectivly)
