Added a readme! I also added two new civs of beastmen! One can be a civ of Jackals, Coyotes, Dingos, Wolverines, Lynxes, Ocelots, Wolves, Leopards, Cheeta or Hyenas. The other can be Anacondas, Monitor Lizards, Pythons Giant Tortises, Alligators, or Saltwater Crocs. Additionally, I gave kobolds some textile jobs and made them start with a very high AMBUSHER skill to make raiding without being detected easier.

Fixed elf reactions appearing AGAIN. Kobolds have shoes + a few other things now.

Kobolds are much bigger. The mod isn't quite as terribly implemented. Humans can make coke.
