Here is the final update: nothing is changed but the source files (the ones I remember anyway) are included for anyone who wishes to one day continue or update the mod.

Separated the Customization Armory into it's own level (Armory).
Load it first, and use the buttons next to the door to choose the next mission (only up to B30/Silent Cartographer is currently working). Don't save/quit on the armory mission or select other missions from mission select in the menu if you want all the customization stuff to work..
