Sealed Power Armour Tweak
- Removed the patch for Techfriar Crown from Vanilla Factions Expanded Empire. Due to the value of the item it was being picked by spawning npcs as valid environmental protection. Rather than modify the value I decided to simply disable it.

- Modified the ingestibles patch so I can specify exclusions. Added the Macecarab from Fort's Insectoid Armor as an exclusion.

- Changed the Faster Vehicles tweak which required Vanilla Vehicles Expanded to require Vehicles Framework instead. The tweak itself works with all land and sea vehicles and doesn't require Vanilla Vehicles Expanded so it makes more sense. Anyone using the tweak will need to re-enable it.
