- Updated the mod version so it match the game version to solve the issue of message showing " this mod might be incompatible."

This update as been done in order to reflect more of an "End game" approach to the Dreadnought Shield.

Also since my "More Resources & Industries" mod is now publish, i can work on the modular part of the Dreanought Shield.(Which will add different bonus at a cost.)

Adjusted material cost:

- steel: 640 ► 1200
- coil: 260 ► 320
- Hyper coil: 150 ► 210
- diamond: 5
- processor: 18 ► 25
- tristeel: 60 ► 80

New stats:

- Increase Shield's HP by 6%: 172,200 ► 182,532
- Total cost of the shield increase from 164K$ ► 223.5K$
- Blueprint cost increase from 135K$ ► 275K$

- Add GD Tab in construction/station blueprint so my mods are more easily reachable (Will be more useful with the integration of modular structure)

- Add the unlockable blueprint in stations at a price of 135,000$

Change in relation to the issue reported by Hisuma:

Issue reported: The shield's HP was showing: 114k instead of 172.2K

Fix applied: Change the formula in the code that was wrong causing the wrong stats to appear has a final result in-game.

Result: The shield is strengh is now more proportial in comparison to the vanilla large shield.

QuickFix that remove the message when activating the mod :

- "That mod may be incompatible with this version of cosmoteer and might cause errors. Are you sure you want to enable it?"

Increasing the cost in tri-steel by 20% to justify the structural solidity of the shield:
- From 50 to 60.

Reducing the structural HP by 40% since it was 10X the vanilla shield's HP & a little bit too strong.
- From 120k HP to 72K HP.

Shield HP increased from 82k to 172.2k
Cost - from 71k$ ► 162k$ & now include the requirement of tristeel.
