Fixed a bug where pawns needing hemogen would not seek out Artificial Hemogen packs (either when Hemogen packs were available or otherwise). Now they are able to feed on Artificial Hemogen packs but will only do so when there are no normal Hemogen packs available for them to feed on.

Artificial hemogen packs have been added!
You can now synthesize artificial hemogen packs at drug labs using raw meat. They taste gross and don't replenish as much hemogen when consumed, but you can use them to craft hemogen medicine.

They are also green, which is also gross.
