-Turns out that the new HP icon doesn't scale properly at lower resolutions... reverting back to old HP icon.

-Decreased teammate HP icon size (changed the icon to be a literal plus "+" sign)
-Adjusted size & positioning of the item icons for the teammate panel (this should ensure better compatibility for custom item icons)
