Version 0.5.3 "Kronprinz"

- Added decisions (for Prussia as for the German Empire) which allows you to choose as heir the three historical emperors Wilhelm I., Friedrich III. & Wilhelm II., as well as the two heirs presumptive, Wilhelm and Louis Ferdinand. Theses decisions become visible on historical throne accession dates.

- Reorganization of files and creation of new characters_template files to allow compatibility with other "Historical Politicians & Generals" mods
