Missed a couple factions from the previous chaos character skill point fix.

Fixed chaos characters not having blue skill lines in non-chaos faction. First fix was a little hasty.

This Mod no longer edits the start.pos file.

Fixed a bug that caused the gate master recruitment category to appear blank

Fixed Hag witches with Lore of hags appearing shadow wizard bugged

Fixed a crash that would occur when spawning a hero type not associated with the current faction before spawning a hero type that was.
