Fixed idle players being listed as dead on the HUD
Fixed players at 100% Infection being incapped instead of dead (for real this time)
Removed reduced Special Infected spawns on Expert
- Was added when the recovery rate was still 1% every 4 seconds on all difficulties
- Increasing the recovery rate on Expert fixed the issue of being unable to recover from Special Infected attacks, as it equalizes the time it takes to recover from a given attack across difficulties
Known issue: HUD display sometimes freezes after a map transition when playing online

Decreased ammo penalties to only one magazine's worth
- Originally halved, which was intended to make players conserve their ammo and balance out lower zombie health
- Was fine for official maps, but not for certain custom maps with reduced ammo spawns

Infection recovery rate now depends on the difficulty setting
- Easy/Normal: 1% every 4 sec (existing rate)
- Advanced: 1% every 3 sec
- Expert: 1% every 2 sec
Reduced special infected spawns on Expert (removed as 8/5/23 update)
- Extended spawn interval to 1 minute
- Lowered max specials to 1
Widened HUD display to accomodate longer player names
Fixed players not being killed when zombifying sometimes
Fixed Infection amounts not resetting when a player dies of something other than reaching 100% Infection

Infection values are now restored when restarting the chapter
Reaching max Infection now removes the dead player
