• Added equip textures for the following items:

• Held weapon sprites now show if you're holding the weapon, not just if you've equipped it. This can be disabled in the config.

• Added dye versions of the Illuminant and Echo Coatings. Echo Coating has two versions: One that shows with echo sight, and one that doesn't.
  
• DIY Dyes can now be included in other DIY dyes. The effects may take a few frames to fully apply.
  
• The Vertical and Horizontal DIY Gradient Dyes can now accept up to four dyes each. The Overlaid DIY Dye still only accepts two dyes -- if you wish to layer more, insert the Overlaid Dye into another Overlaid Dye.
  
• (Hopefully) fixed a rare crash associated with DIY dyes.
  
• Fixed an overzealous fix for some starnge hair dye logic making the DIY Hair Dye not work properly sometimes (e.g., wearing a small asymmetric head equip when using the "Asymmetric Equipment" mod).
  
• (Hopefully) fixed the DIY Vertical Gradient Dye having strange effects on headgear while moving.
