• Fixed issue where gang leaders in peacekeeper bounties would only drop handcuffs. They now remember their equipment from the start instead of the arrest animation always overwriting equipment drops.
  
• Added and adjusted some commander power related dialogue.

The new alternative ability for gang leaders (in Peacekeeper bounty missions); allows them to carry around multiple extra monster pods to use in combat. Complete with new attack dialogue :) !

• New dialogue on NPC commanders reaching low health and summoning reinforcements.
  
• The health for Ruin is now only overwritten when no other mod changes it. This was to accommodate the Ruin Overhaul mod by Void Eye Gaming
