Fixed loadouts only being able to be picked for half a second during map start, now three seconds
True end now has the hud cracks from Lone Wolf like I wanted due to the bug crashing the game when active being fixed
Spawn selection zones enabled on death so you don't just spawn at the default spawn points
Special weapon spawns during bonus rounds for extra explosions
Audio work done, custom music and sound effects during true end, sound effect for intro > first person transition (ty smoke)
HUD further modified to resemble Infinite's
True end balancing adjusted, you will not survive.
8 player support (hopefully)
Hunter boarding now enabled due to the bug crashing the game / dc'ing clients was fixed

misc script cleanup

fixed: Fistfight and by extension any game variant which explicitly disables Survival Weapon Drops now works as intended.

nerfed true end requirement from six to four.
