simple build system now works with this gamemode (new options when creating a server!!!!)

You can now enable qmenu as admin-only or disable it at all (server option)

-Added a server option to disallow players' own playermodels usage (disabling it sets their model to random male citizen)
-The last held weapon is now dropped on death
-Configured player speed values a little

-the gamemode code is entirely rewritten
-context menu actually added this time
-minor bug fixes

gamemode file structure turned into something more appropriate
