-removed the smithy requirement for Empire Swordsmen

- attack intervals buff given to the Halberdiers and Nordland Mariners to sement their role as damage dealers (4,7 seconds from 5.6)
-Slight nerfs given to Swordsmen, Swords of Ulric and Sons of Sigmar (-10% weapon damage, -3 charge bonus).

-Empire Swordsmen, Swords of Ulric and Sons of Sigmar have received slight buffs to their melee attack (+2), melee defense(+1) and charge bonus(+3).

-Sons of Sigmar's recruitment (850 from 875) and upkeep costs have been reduced slightly.
