Adjusted the default DJ - to player to leader player or var name can be used to specifiy alternative DJ.

A big change requiring one player to be named Overlord or DJ or whatever - he will be the designated virtual DJ. This was done to stop players all buggering around with the player and constantly changing the current tune etc.

The current playing sound endtime was made public to ensure that all clients are more accurately synchronised when the song completes and or is terminated early using Next or Stop > Play.
