Refactored patches for better compatibility.

Fixed a wrong shield armor defense value bug in the shield armor effect calculation.
Removed unnecessary armor price modifications.

Restricted slice-through-ally mechanism: Two-handed (axe / mace) up-direction attacks can slice through allies' shoulders and arms. Thrust attacks will consider the angle of the attack and the hit body part. To do thrust slice-through, you have to aim the edge of the ally's body.

Version v1.2.16.0

Improved weapon slice through conditions, this makes the differences among various weapon class even greater. Swing hit enemy arm or neck will slice through them so you can do chain attack.

Improved game model patches to make it more compatible with other mods that modified game models. E.g. Agent stat modification no working with Shokuho in 1.2.15.0, but it works with 1.2.16.0

Toggle debug mode on in the config menu will display item id and item culture id in inventory tooltip.

Removed unnecessary item value recalculation in an old patch. So that non-crafted range weapon modification will not affect weapon value.

Some minor changes relate to xml parameters.

1.Configuration tweaks
Improved armor model, added some options relate to armor adaption effect for better armor penetration damage control.
Modified parameters relate to attack progress.
Modified default presets, increased swing speed bonus.
Modified default presets, make high damage more deadly to heavy armored soldier.
Tweaked 100hp preset to make low tier unit more useful than default preset.
Tweaked dismount/knock back/knock down resistance skill bonus.

2.Config menu tweaks
Added an option to turn off ESC menu entry.
Added shortcut keys to open config menu, currently it's [left alt] + [w] + [o].

3.Other tweaks
Changed some option id
Improved missile penetrate shield mechanic, added some options relate to shield.
Improved creature modification, added some new options.
Adjusted AI picking up ammo logic.
Increased units moving speed in defensive formation.
Improved mod strings management, supported translation file in submodule. All untranslated strings will be recorded into Warbandlord\UnManagedStrings\Warbandlord_global_strings.xml

4.Fixes
Fixed some options don't save modified value in config menu.
Fixed a bug that crafting patch applied twice on player's crafting weapon.
Fixed a bug that some crafting order not be modified by crafting patch.
Fixed a bug that weapon class name error due to vanilla weapon class string id duplication.
