Updated the Star Warp Cannon Model of the Mechanical Fallen Empire

Now if more than one anchor point jump to the same galaxy in a short period,number of shells will be fired as expected

Added the first Urara Fallen Empire megastructures - Star Warp Cannon

Star Warp Cannon is a star level kinetic energy cannon that can fire shells beyond distant galaxies, but with precision limitations, accuracy will decrease as distance increases

This megastructures can be loaded with three types of shells - flare shells, storm shells, and normal shells;

Flare shells can provide the sight where the shell landed; Storm shells will force the fleet of the galaxy to retreat and cover the galaxy with an indelible storm; Ordinary bullets will directly destroy the galaxy

At present, this megastructures can only be built by the Awakened Fallen Empire

Repositioned the largest battleship of the Urara Fallen Empire - Goliath

The Goliath battleship is now renamed as a Super Flagship, and the model has been greatly reduced. It is no longer a unique ship of the Awakened Fallen Empire, but every Urara Fallen Emprie will get one at game start, which can be built unlimited after Fallen Empire awakened. The ship aura slots of the Fallen Empire Titan were removed and transferred to the Super Flagship. The Super Flagship lost Goliath's shipbuilding function, but could be Incorporated into the fleet or destroyed normally. In addition,the 16 point defense slots of the flagship were replaced with 16 large gun slots

Knights:
1.Promotion System for Knights
Old: Recruiting knights asks for influence. Knights will be promoted to a higher rank once upgraded.
New: Only through an event chain can knights be recruited, significantly lowering recruiting efficiency. A new rank, Freshman Rank is added under Knight Rank. A Freshman can be promoted to Knight Rank once upgraded. Only by completing a mission (choosing a vow) can a Knight be promoted to High Knight. Each mission can be processed by only one Knight. Multiple Knights working on the same mission is not allowed. All buffs are strengthened, while a mortal commander will cause less penalty.
Compassion: Give a Knight to a target country with Opinion no less than -100, that Knight gets promoted once it has upgraded several times.
Exploration: A Knight is ordered to lead a group of explorers and create a Sub-Knights. That Knight gets promoted once the sub-Knights is established.
Bravery: A Knight is ordered to kill/destroy a specified number of enemies. That Knight gets promoted once the requirement is met.
Awe: A Knight will leave the country, following a complete event chain. Once it can survive and return, it gets promoted. (This is incomplete)

2.Establishment of a Sub-Knights
Old: Establishment of a Sub-Knights is completed by an honored war or asking for another country’s favor.
New: It’s still possible to get a Sub-Knights through asking for another country’s favor, while an honored war can’t create it, instead it’s possible to acquire prisoners. A new system is acquired after that, allowing to send a group of explorers for a habitable planet. Every unoccupied planet will be surveyed, and the explorers will settle on a proper planet eventually. This is one of the 4 missions of Promotion, the Trail of Exploration.

3.Blood Rage
Old: Blood Rage can raise the profits of war, while keep in peace will cause debuffs.
New: Debuffs when Blood Rage is at a low degree will be removed, while those at a high degree will receive a rework. When Blood Rage is out of control, a new AI empire is created. This new empire will take over part of Knights’ fleets at random. Those fleets will attack Knights’ enemies automatically, while you can’t control them. All controlled fleets will be returned once Blood Rage has reduced to a safe level. No buff will be granted for Blood Rage at any level.

4.Civil Servant
This system will no longer exist.

5.Serf
Old: Serves provide basic resources according to population.
New: Serves become a kind of “resources” provided to Sub-Knights. When Knights capture xenos, they will be assigned as serves, transported to random planet controlled by a random Sub-Knights from planets with Serves Transporting Port through transporting fleets, which can be stopped through a planetary decision. Previous buildings related to serves will no longer exist.

Calculating Circuit

1.Life Seeding
Old: A Life Seeding Ships seeds on a barren planet. Through a series of events, a FTL civilization will eventually occur and become a vassal of Calculating Circuit.
New: Life Seeding Ships will act as previous, while upgrading mechanism keeps pace with 3.7 Vanilla. Observation Post is not needed. Calculating Circuit uses special infiltration mechanism to lift-up pre-FTL species, which is faster than that for a normal Empire in Vanilla. The up-lifted species will be a vassal of Calculating Circuit as previous. Besides, there is an optional infiltration choice, bringing the species directly to the same era with Calculating Circuit. However, this project may transform this species to a semi-genocidal civilization.

2.Corruption
There is no change on this system.

3.Organic Threat
The new Mechanic Urara Empire will not decide whether sanction or protect a country, instead a new system will be introduced, which is Organic Threat, tracked by event chains.
Whenever a country disobeys Calculating Circuit, claims a war unlimitedly, enslaves or purges a species, annexes an organic Empire, uses colossus, or has any behaviour that kills an enormous number of organics, its threat level will rise. A country with high threat level will be sanctioned, or even claimed on a war. Deceiving the hub to raise a country’s threat is possible, at the risk of rising Personality Dissolving Rate.
Threat level starts with 0 and has a maximum at 100. The country and Calculating Circuit will be warned once the level reaches 40. Vassals of Calculating Circuit can be called to claim wars on the country with threat level higher than 60. Threat level more than 80 will lead to a sanction. Finally, threat level at 100 will make Calculating Circuit attack directly.

4.Personality Dissolving
Old: Personality Dissolving is a bidirectional process, allowing to push towards protect or destroy organics.
New: Personality Dissolving will be a one-way trip. The corruption procedure can not be reversed. All pre-FTL species creation and Life Seeding Projects will be stopped, as the corruption continues. After that, the corruption procedure will come to the second stage, becoming a terminator, releasing all vassals, and claiming a war on all other Empires. If Calculating Circuit does not become a terminator before the War of Heaven, it will become a Guardian, fighting against other Fallen Empires alone (without participate into the non-allied organisation).

New Origin: The Imperium of Urara: Ancient Legacy
Unlock a considerable number of T1 and T2 techs, at the risk of having no tech pts output.
Tech pts reward for each celestial body surveyed.
Urara Fallen Empires treat you as a political focus point, and will try their best to rope or support you. However, do remember the risk of political chaos.
Remove your tech penalty through exploring, and unveil the truth of your past.

The new fallen empire - the Fallen Hive Empire, the Imperial Tomb Guarder of the Urara Empire.

This empire is an ancient legion that is responsible for guarding the imperial mausoleum of the Urara Empire. In order to served their purpose, they gave up their individual mind and integrated a huge body of consciousness

Currently, it is continuing to develop and will not wake up temporarily. Its weight is the lowest. As long as it does not refresh the 6 fallen empires, it will not appear.



In addition, there are some new changes——

A large number of defense platform have been added to all the Fallen Empire Star Fortresses, and their combat effectiveness exceeds that of a Fallen Empire fleet to prevent AI from losing its colony due to lack of defense in the War of Heaven.

Updated the event follower - the Secret Keeper, a synthetic leader from the Urara Fallen Empire in the golden age, who can hold various leadership positions, gain technology, and have a large number of communication texts, which is exclusive to the ordinary empire for players to play
