Voice Navigation Update

With this update, I introduce Siri's voice navigation in four variants:

- English with imperial units
- English with metric units
- German with imperial units
- German with metric units


Changelog v1.1

- Added Siri voice navigation
- Simplified icons to provide better compatibillity with other map mods (Icons are now in circular shape.)
- Fixed low-res GPS pins

For those who prefer the old icons, I'll add a link to v1.0 to these change notes soon. Please note that this version is no longer developed and supported.
