Happy New Year. This final update for 2023 adds the following:


- Compatibility with flags from The Triple Empire - Austrian Expansion.

- Added Belgium's and the Netherlands' flag portraits to the Confederation of the Rhine if the game picks them to form it.

- New decision to remove Belgium's and the Netherlands' flag portraits from the Confederation of the Rhine if the game picks them to become the Rhine.

- New decision for France to put her mom (Francia) on the flag portrait of the Confederation of the Rhine if she has it as a subject.

- A Confederation of the Rhine formed by Hanover will no longer be happy if she is not independent.

The previous update from December 23 has been restored.

The latest update seems to cause some issues with the game and I couldn't isolate the problem. So for now I've reverted the previous update's changes.

- 1230james discovered that the unit uniform colors are tied to the colors of the flags, so this update adds the historical army uniform colors to the following tags:

Prussia's army uniforms are finally Prussian Blue.
