- Added the Chi Rho to the doubled headed eagle :)
- Bunch more tweaks, balance changes and bug fixes.

Current version Phase two Alpha 0.1.0 (Veiled Exachate Update)

- While a monarchy the flag of Basileía Romaíon has 100% more of the Romaíon double headed eagle.
- New Nations set up.
* Exarchate of Aegypt
* Exarchate of Africa
- Repurposed the Veiled protectorate events into the Veiled Exarchate and both show in in your jounral at game start.
- Many more tweaks, balance changes and bug fixes.

Hope you enjoy, let me know any issues with the new events. The Exarchates should be fun to play as well.

Figured out and fixed the not working localization.

Greece and Anatolia along with Bulgaria should all use the medieval Greek theme names.
