# Update 142

## HRE impending revolution rework
- The lead up to the revolution within the HRE has been reworked.
- A new JE that simulates the dissatisfaction of the 3 estates within feudalism, you will need to keep the dissatisfaction of these estates as well as revolution progress as low as possible. You will be able to do this by taking decisions in the JE, thru dynamic events and by passing laws that the estates desire. If the revoltion progress reaches it maximum value, than the estate with the highest dissatisfaction will launch a revolution (so not only the peasants can overthrow the monarchy but also the nobles or the clergy).
- 32 new events, many new modifiers, 2 new character ideologies.
- A new social hierarchy Feudalism (along with special laws) will be available for every european nation (that is not greek or greco-roman).
- 2 new political movements pro and anti-feudalism with each a respective pro and anti-feudalism ideology.
- Added a decision that allows you to abolish Feudalism if you have passed the correct laws.
- A new objective screen for the HRE and the ERE.
- A new dlc icon for the mod.
- A gui popup that warns you if you are playing without CMF.

## Treaties
- Revamped various treaties from basic trade/foreign investment rights to Treaty Port(In places where the Port was already owned by said tag)
- Also added in some resource exchanges in treaties instead of trade rights.
- Update 04_ere_treaties.txt, these treaties are meant to go in the opposite of the intended direction
- removed foreign_investment_rights from all the starting treaties because they ai appears to hate giving and receiving it and more likely to cause cancellations

## Production Methods and Tech
- Early Mining added as a new option for all mine types that doesn't require tools. Very good for markets that do not start with access to a good supply of tools but not efficient once tools are available.
- Renamed Picks and Shovels to Improved Mining Tools
- Locations with little to no tools given Early Mining to help with the Global tool shortage
- hand tools made necessary for the improved tools mining and agro method
- renamed from Hand tools to Improved Hand Tools

## New Decisions
- Decision for Cahokia to submit to Elysium in exchange for good relations and protection.
- Added a decision for Aegypt to submit to Basileia Romaion to avoid war in exchange for good relations and protection.

- Made Nanjing Beijing and Delhi use pm_horizontal_drawer_cabinets to make their local paper factories profitable and get more taxes from these locations
- added couple more admin buildings
- Gave TWT more starting admin buildings due to near 100% tax waste, brings it down to 20% tax waste

- Indochina forest state trait made into a hardwood modifier

# Update 137

- companies and prestige goods
- reworked the mods companies
- added new textiles companies for Venice and ERE.
- added four new prestige goods; new luxury clothing prestige goods for the Venetian and Roman companies and also added a prestige silk for the Roman,Venice and Genoa trade companies.
- I gave all the other mod companies a generic prestige good for now.
- moved a lot of the company building types to extension buildings
- converted and resized all the company logos and added some new ones.

- South American Decentralized merged
- After my earlier merges we got down to 424 which is the max amount before the game lags. That means if a bunch of revolts were to happen prior to any annexations the game would start to lag and stutter.
- This gives us the nessisary space for futher world building
- nativized the names all meaning Culture tribes or Tribes of Culture except for Amazon because it seems there is no dominant language that I could find.

- recolored the maps water to appear more blue less redish especially on the great empires map. Map generally should be a tiny bit brighter idk.

- fixed company HQs not showing up
- updated some diplo pacts to treaties
- made scripted effects for the treaties, to avoid repetition
- fixed tech bugs
- Lots of other 1.9 bugs fixed
