-removed the function that changes stage to avoid a bug (forgot about that mod, so that's why I took that much to remove that function)

-fixed the player being transported to a non-alt floor if you are using the beggar in the alt-floor

-the new beggars now triggers only in a cleared room

-added some entityflags to the new entities to avoid possible unintended behaviors

-fixed the names of the entities to not cause any confusion

-added missing text to description
