- Removed shields and greatbows

Updated the mod so it can be used in version 0.21.28, didn't do a whole lot of testing so there might be some issues that still need to be fixed.

- Mana bar now turns grey when out of mana
- Improved mana regen modifier system
- Lowered base rate of mana regen
- Changed void infected star:
* Now only gives extra magic damage when you have mana
* Max mana regen increased (40 -> 50)
* Max magic damage boost increased (50% - 75%)
- Fixed void infected star mana regen

Mod version 0.3.1 for game version 0.21.25

- Mana cost has been changed:
Instead of mana cost being based on weapon attack speed
and weapon damage, all weapons now have a mana cost stat
(these will likely get changed as needed to feel balanced)
- Mana no longer regenerates when the player has active summons
- Fixed vultures eye not working properly in multiplayer
- Fixed mana not working properly in multiplayer

The void infected star doesn't regenerate mana at the moment, this will be fixed soon
