The Hack Stopper Helmet mod added the blueprints for all three armor pieces (Jacket, Pants, and Helmet) to UC armor vendors. However, the Heft armor vendor uses a different vendor list, presumably because it's run by Tech Hunters rather than UC. This update adds the blueprints to the Heft armor vendor list as well.

Also added the Hack Stopper blueprints to Black Scratch.

None of them have a 100% chance of showing up, but they're in the lists now.
