Reduced electic consumtion according to next calculations:

One common streetlight from the road consumes 0.4kWh, football field - 1.6kWh.
So I'll make a new update with 2.8kWh for oneway tower cause it consists of 7 spotlight lamps (I think that would be fair enough for realism). Please check that new mod changes are downlaoded already on your PC.
In case it's stil high - try to check this line in the files \2878074912\lighttower1\building.ini
$MONUMENT_ELETRIC_CONSUMPTION_ADD 0.0028
You can change this values to any you like.
