* Updated to 4.2 by adjusting economic categories and allowing Unity and Research specializations in Polytechnic (Volcanic exclusive) zones.
* Also fixed Volcanic scripted loc so it shows "Volcanic World" instead of just "World", WP still needs to update PV for custom backgrounds in Volcanic Worlds but everything else works as intended.
* Uploaded scripted loc for Planetary Diversity extra planet classes (further testing needed), having extra planet names doesn't affect gameplay for those that don't use Planetary Diversity.

* Adjusted Pops and Crime data layout slightly, after this update I'm going to slow down to playtest for a bit, since I like where we are now. Sorry for the rapid fire updates so far but those were important!

* Fixed localization for APSR planets, because the tooltip had two "Specialization Required:" before unlocking the tech to build the first district on each Ancient World.
* Added WP's suggestion for city texts and icons layout, it looks much cleaner (Thanks for the suggestion @WP).

* Updated to include WP's latest changes to underground cities, window positions, bigger governor portraits, etc.
* Added PRESETS folder within the Auxiliary folder for those that want to swap building slot amounts easier.
* Added safeguard that allows building a Governor District in a more intuitive way when using APSR mod. Progress bar and government zone highlight when hovering added.
* APSR unique planets now have the modded amount of buildings for main and arcology districts.
* Adjusted city district name and flavour name positions sligthly lower to avoid some letters clipping to the specialization boxes.

This update to v4.1 means starting from scratch, the mod is now more lightweight, lets consider this an initial upload. New thumbnail (Sartek District and Economy now is called Sartek Economy Master), new functionality with WP's Planet View and increased buildings and zones with the help BPVR mod. Plus, tested compatibility with Hybrid Colony Designations.

* Reworked ships economic category, now it looks similar to vanilla in structure but keeping ships from different mods.

I've been testing the ships economic category, now there is less idle ships and AI creates space fauna, however @everyone please be mindful that AI builds space fauna just fine in modest mod lists, but I have a humongous 200+ mod list where AI does not build space fauna so there is something else at play. I don't know which mod (or a combination thereof) is causing that yet. Maybe it goes beyond the scope of this mod. I will keep you informed if I find anything.
