Fix interaction with guests
Added modifier for those not in your court

Added more limits based on traits with game rule:
In short, if your target is not your consort, lover or soulmate OR someone you have been with before you need to not be shy or chaste and meet one the following criteria...be brave, ambitious, lustful, charming, curious or have both diplomacy and intrigue skills above average ( 8 in vanilla).

Basically, you need to not be a total wallflower to be willing to ask somebody you already don't have a relationship with.

- Added game rule for traits affecting age determination
- Various tweaks and fixes.

Unless you have certain personality traits (currently lustful, eccentric or curious) your target needs to either be either
1. less than 25 years older than you
2. meet the attraction cutoff age for their gender
3. exceed the high attraction threshold

Update:
- Made it so you are no longer limited to courtiers, guest etc. As long as somebody is at the same location as you and is not "wandering" they are potentially eligible for the interaction.
*Including wanderers is a bit too much and could cause problems as these type of characters can "jump" or disappear.

-Added important notifications for when you can take the action. These can be turned on/off via game rule as sometimes they may be a bit overwhelming. (Gamerule Gadget Compatible)

-Updated, removed and added in a few modifiers so they make more sense.

- I attempted to do a redirect on the action where you could select from a menu the potential partners however, I found it clumsy and difficult to interact with and often the information available was not always correct.

Added in some improved functionality with pregnancy modifiers from my Super Compatch...Fruitless Marriage Modifier

Switched cooldown from 14 days to 30 days due to ability to spam with multiple wives.

Added spousal relationship event for immersion. Adjusted allowance for being in same place as target.
