Two new artifacts:

~ Wellies: reduces shuffle time by 0.06 seconds per existing pool spell!

~ Evaporation: Most pool spells become twice as potent, but last half as long!

Reworks:

~ Most buff pool sprites have had their opacity toned WAY down to help players see attacks within the chaos. Certain pool effects now have a nice glow to them!

~ Ichor is consumed permanently on use, but the pools deployed heal 5 per step rather than 2.

~ Pinch pool rework: pool is removed when stepped on, but has a 75% chance of casting again.

New spell!

~ Reflector pool: gain 3 reflect for 0.6 seconds when stepped on. spawns three pools per cast.

Fixes:

Fixed super pool effect not working with certain spells.
