- Docking port power now only travels one way to prevent damage to the station power grid.
-Pump in ballast is now able to be repaired by Bots.

Small fixes
- Reactor toggles off on dock and undock.
- small pump (invisible) in lower-most hull made invulnerable to keep the airlock clear of water when closed (lower most hull cannot be drained, This pump does not assist with actual draining or ballast control).
- Power display in Command room is now illuminated.

Changed Location of top hardport for better defense. Also added monitors in nav to easily see reserve power as well as reactor output and overall grid load
