Map has now 10 RTs and 4 TPs

- added "Simulation" for better cysting to "Onos bar"
- added "Cafeteria" for better cysting to "Showers"

- renamed "Hangar" rooms (Shuttle East/West, Charlie, Echo)

- moved RT from "Lunch Room" to "Simulation"

- deleted RT from "Shuttle East"
- deleted RT from "Storage"

- merged PNs from "Corridors"

Miscellaneous:

- some doors are blocking now (Lunch Room, etc.)
- improved "Showers" (added some glas walls, etc.)
- improved commander view
- added some stairs in various corridors
