- CAI adjustment
- Combat-related adjustment
- Base income for Major factions set to 1500 (otherwise they can't fend off minor factions)
- Force march and double time has +50 line of sight, increased morale by 10, reduced move range by -50%

(Following the changes, AI seems to no longer use them which is actually good. No more sneaky move pass enemy, no more standing next to enemy without being unable to engage because stance, etc.)

- Update campaign AI (should be much less passive than previous version and more likely to not abandon settlement when outnumbered)

I have to start new campaign each time to test CAI so it's quite labor-intensive, changes will be gradually introduced.
