As people having game crashes, I removed:

- ceda uncommon

- clown uncommon

- reduced file size, redid ceda

IF you are still experiencing crashes, I will probably remove the ceda mdl and replace it with just the default one

- reduced unused file size e.g unused texture
- clown uncommon infected updated - now has clown suit and nose
- ceda uncommon infected - updated, now has hazmat suit
- mud uncommon infected - now has hat and backpack
- Jimmy uncommon infected - now has race suit

- fixed broken shadow boxes
- another monkey model as used for road worker on last update appears bit more common
- road worker uncommon infected updated - now has vest and helmet
- police common infected updated (L4D1) - now has cap and belt
- ceda uncommon infected - now has gas cylinder on the back and gas mask

- fixed t-pose issue on fallen uncommon infected
- fallen/parachiutist updated
- pilot common updated

- Riot and Road worker updated
