Version 1.3:

First of all, I noticed that the Healing Water damage didn't work. Normally it comes from FU so I looked in the files and it should work, yet it doesn't.
Trying to tinker around to solve the problem did litterally nothing, so I just made an Issue in the FU Github in hope that they can fix it.

Anyway, now for the new additions:

- Gave +30% energy regen to bioweapons as they're kind of the race's main thing.

- Now you have +10% protection and damage while using staffs or wands. I had this idea after looking at the starter clothes of the race which paint it in a very shamanic and spiritual way.

- Aether biomes now reduce your protection by 25% (inverse of Atropus biomes), also their weather and the liquid aether while quickly damage you now! Better have that aether immunity!

- Finally corrected the "Frenzy" buff so now it actually works.

- Added a mysterious beverage. What does it do? It weaponize Insanity. Yes.

- Added the same Axes/Greataxes bonus to Maces and Hammers because I saw that there is really few of those weapons and it still get in line with the "brutal" aspect of the race.

- Added a "Frenzy" mechanic: When under any "Insanity" debuff (such as maddening atmosphere), damage and speed while be multiplied by 1.5.

Added -20% mental protection.
