Added a curved pipe to the end of the second pipe on Hole 4 to help throw the ball the correct direction.

Changed the two rotating objects into one at the beginning of Hole 14.

Adjusted the final pipe on Hole 15.

Added an arrow on the second section of Hole 16 to better indicate where to go.

- Added events to certain rotator objects to ensure they keep moving when not looking at them.

- Changed Hole 6's par from 5 to 4

- Made a fail-safe for Hole 15's shortcut to ensure that you will always take the shortcut properly.

- Changed Hole 16, you now have to hit a different object instead of a starfish to progress. This change was made to ensure that the path will always open when hitting the event trigger.

- Removed a few decoration objects because they did not fit the theme of the map.

- Reworked beginning of Hole 14, an intended shortcut was luck based, this has now been changed. (Beginning area had two areas you could spawn, one area that made taking the shortcut near impossible, and one area that makes it extremely easy. This has now been changed to where there is only one spawn area for all the balls.)

- Adjusted some play areas to prevent players from being able to hit when outside of certain playable areas.

- Minor changes to decoration

Fixed a small bug on Hole 15 that didn't allow the shortcut to always work as intended.
